Hello and welcome to MES!
We offer inspiration and guidance for all aspects of modern corporate training in the world of new work. To make sure our work is effective, we use only proven, up-to-date methods – you won’t find any crazy ideas without scientific backing here.
Self-reflection and life-long learning are key components of all our services, from aptitude assessments to change management facilitation.
Employees and executives get to know themselves, others, and the company in a completely new way. We make this possible by combining our psychological and educational expertise within the projects with professional back-office work, so everything works smoothly behind the scenes, too.

Why MES
MES is a reliable, well-established company based in Cologne and Hamburg. We have full-time employees and an extensive network of project partners. Since our founding in 2001, we have developed into a vibrant, creative organisation with a growing base of long-term clients. Today, nearly 40 people are dedicated to your success.
Development centres, coaching, training, leadership development and talent development programmes, team building and change management facilitation are the key themes in our work – and our true passion.

We collaborate in agile structures as part of project teams.
Our hierarchies are flat; projects are coordinated and led by employees who are experts in their fields.
Whenever possible, employees choose projects and work topics that suit their areas of expertise and interest – for more meaningful work and the best possible results!
Professional training & development
We have established a multitude of possibilities for our employees to continue their development and engage with topics that are important to them personally. Training – both internal and external – is available and encouraged. We not only offer a variety of experiential learning opportunities for employees who take on responsibility in their own projects; we also look for and value employees who can organise and manage themselves well.
We love feedback and provide consistent, easy-to-access support for new employees. We use internal retrospective meetings to regularly reflect on our projects and our teamwork. We also share knowledge with external partners in the MES InspirationsWerkstatt (or Inspiration Workshop) and in MES HomeTalk, where we openly discuss our experiences. We help new employees create their own development plans and offer a mentoring programme for new colleagues.
