An dieser Stelle möchte ich mich auch noch einmal ganz herzlich für die Workshop-Gestaltung bedanken. Das Training war wirklich klasse – strukturiert, abwechslungsreich, mit Tiefgang und gleichzeitig sehr praxisnah. MES hat es geschafft, das Team und mich mitzunehmen, zu öffnen und zum Nachdenken anzuregen. Das war genau das, was wir gebraucht haben!

Together with MES, we established and implemented an extensive virtual, international leadership development program for all our executives at HDI Global Specialty SE. Through close and very trusting collaboration with MES, we achieved this ambitious goal with excellent feedback from participants. As part of our organizational development strategy, we conducted a Development Centre for all employees, including our management team.
